Are we smoke-Free?
Yes, we are proudly smoke-free. Smoking, which includes vaping, is not allowed in the apartment or on the grounds.
WHAT IS THE COST OF THE APPLICATION FEE?
The Application Fee is $45 per adult over the age of 18.
Are we pet-friendly?
Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed.
How many people can live in the apartment?
Two per bedroom and one per living area.
Who do i contact for a service request?
Please call our Leasing Office or visit the Resident Login Portal to submit your request online! If you need to submit an after hours request, please call: (951) 352-0844 and press 2. The On-call Technician will be paged. Please keep in mind that emergency calls only should be placed to the after-hour number. Once a technician is paged, they will call you to determine if the service request qualifies as an emergency before they can respond.
HOW DO I SET UP A RESIDENT CONNECT ACCOUNT?
Visit our Resident Login Portal or select the grey “Resident Login” button at the top of the page. Then follow these three steps!
- Select “Create an Account”
- Enter your email address, first name, last name, and date of birth.
- Click Submit
In order to successfully create a Resident Connect Account, we must have your exact matching details on file in our records. If you have any issues or questions, please contact our leasing office and we will be more than happy to assist you!
where will i park?
We have open parking spaces. For Visitor Parking, we do require a Visitor Parking Permit. Visit this website to register for a Visitor Parking Permit.
